Platform Components
Pia's platform comprises several key components, each designed to play a unique role:
- Chatbot: Operating within the client's ticketing system, it initiates package runs and communicates with the API via SignalR web sockets.
- Agents: Residing in the client's environment as a Windows service, they communicate with the API and receive events through the IoT hub.
- Service: Orchestrating automations, this Windows service communicates with the API via HTTPS and receives notifications via SignalR web sockets.
- Partner Portal: A user interface for managing Pia's components, including the package editor and client configuration.
- IOT Hub: Facilitates communication with agents, ensuring a secure information flow from Pia to agents.
